With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, operations and accounting, Steve oversees operational and financial activities for SpotX. Steve’s experience prior to founding SpotX includes founding Booyah Online Advertising and senior management positions at two other startup companies (Ereo, Inc. and ProSavvy, Inc.), serving as chief financial officer of iBelay LLC, a venture capital firm investing in seed stage companies, and public company experience as director of corporate development for MessageMedia, Inc. (acquired by DoubleClick). Steve began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP, where he gained extensive experience in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and internal controls. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado and currently serves on the board of directors of the Alumni Association for the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Elwin is the Managing Director of SpotX Benelux & Nordics and is responsible for growing SpotX businesses in these regions. He founded the SpotX office in Amsterdam in March 2015 and is now expanding to the Nordics. Prior to joining SpotX, Elwin started working for RTL Nederland in 2009 as Manager of Digital Trading and has since then worked in various business development and digital roles. He is fluent in several languages (Dutch, German and English) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business and a Master’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam.

Thanks to a partnership with the University of Antwerp, the Predicube story was invented, a new opportunity for media planning. This work was awarded with an AMMA for best direction and best innovation for Predicube.

Lieselot Vandenbroucke
Lieselot Vandenbroucke is Busines Development Manager at Pebble Media since the start of the company. She started working in the media sector, immediately after the completion of her studies in Communication Sciences, and finally joined the team of Pebble Media. During this journey, Lieselot has become a specialist in Media, CPM products, programmatic, RTB and performance.

Pieter Jadoul
Pieter Jadoul is Sales Director at Pebble Media. With years of experience within the media branche, he supports the Pebble Media team in his daily tasks, building on the future of Pebble.
‘Quinten is passionate about how technical evolutions affect our media consumption, especially those on television and video. Having worked in the audiovisual department for five years managing tv budgets, Quinten swapped the GRP lingo for the impressions jargon two years ago when he started at the ad tech unit Cadreon. His initiate role was to create a full stack video offer to their clients, combining long tail and premium inventory on local news sites. Being at the forefront of programmatic video in Belgium, he witnessed the tremendous shift at the local publishers from traditional buys towards programmatic. In his current position, heading all video campaigns within IPG Mediabrands, his goal is to streamline all video campaigns, whether it is insertion order based, automated guaranteed or programmatic. "As both television and video are in full transition, we constantly need to redesign our organization to offer the best service possible to our clients".
Debate on "the future of programmatic" with all speakers, incl. Charlotte van Coevorden, Business Development Manager Digital at MediahuisÂ
Charlotte is responsible for developing digital business strategies for programmatic buying and other advertising revenu streams at Mediahuis Belgium. She has worked with leading news sites, such as Standaard.be, Nieuwsblad.be and Lavenir.net, and is currently also a board member and the Vice President at IAB Belgium. Before joining Mediahuis in 2011, Charlotte worked in various roles in interactive advertising and business development for Metro International and De Persgroep. Besides her interest in the digital media industry, Charlotte is also fan of contemporary and modern dance. She graduated in Film and Dance, and has been a professional dance and choreography instructor since then. Charlotte will be sharing her creative perspective and expertise in the debate about the future of programmatic video.
The 2016 State of Programmatic Video will take place at The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, which is conveniently located in the heart of Brussels.
